The Trip:    Nice spring day which started overcast but broke into sun by afternoon ... went to Woodland Bottoms to look for the female Tufted Duck found there yesterday ... SUCCESS !!!

Woodland Bottoms:    Woodland Bottoms is the floodplain of the Lewis River. The area is in Cowlitz County and is bordered on the north by Burke Slough, on the south by the Lewis River, on the east by Interstate 5, and on the west by the Columbia River.
