The Trip:
RAIN ... POURING RAIN ... with brief moments of clearing ... we got SOAKED !!!!!!!! ... went to see if the Black Turnstone or the Red-necked Phalarope, both of which were spotted late afternoon the day before, were still there ... if they were, we didn't see them ... there were LOTS of Savannah Sparrows however ... and both kinds of Yellow-rumped Warblers ...

Fernhill Wetlands is a 243 acre site composed largely of restored wetlands and moist soil habitats of now defunct sewage ponds, located near the Tualatin River in Forest Grove, Oregon.
