The Trip:    Nice spring morning !!! ... high overcast ... went over to the PDX Fire Station to see if we could find the Rough-legged Hawk which has been being seen there ... SUCCESS !!!! ... also a nice surprise - a flock of maybe 30 American Pipits !!!!!
